The Sun lifts
unfreezing
a beautiful dawn around me
Some smiling icicles open arms
honor me for maintaining the vows,
I made some 35 years ago!
The story gets told
many times over.
Our love - unlike the flowers
never
withered
The vermilion-day
memory
Still pecks at the hearts
Existence is magic.
Life needs
affection,
love,
laughter,
advice,
trust
togetherness
And only when one has lived closely one understands
The blessings of having one another
Marriage gives a home
a clean, ultramarine home
It’s as beautiful
as a sun-stained mountain
--Where trust flows
gently like a river
Rinsing….
gathering moments;
The sights, odours lay imprisoned in the core
As our own children
wrapped in a haze of summer mist,
“And as ridiculous as it may sound, sometimes all any of
us needs in life is for someone to hold our hand and walk next to us.”
― James Frey,
How absolutely wonderful, Panchali, to love and hold a marriage which flows with the trust that love can bring! You have given that to your children regardless of what they do with it.
