This Haiku is shared with Haiku Heights and the Prompt is Wishes. Still learning to write Haiku....
Girl in can-can frock
Like bells in pink and orange
A present awaits
Bougainvillea blooms
Spilling forth; blissful release
Quivering in the womb
Amniotic sac splits
A head crowns in the birth-canal
Tiny life emerges…
A cherubic face
Wrapped in satin-ribbon
Unsullied fresh dew
Beautiful set Ma'am!
